Cancellation and Refund Policy
Travelraaptor (Reservations.support) just takes an advance amount of the total booking and has therefore a strict cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after the booking.
However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the booking have been communicated to the hotel and we have initiated the process of payment to them.
- One day before check-in: No cancellation fee, full refund of the advance provided.
- Check-in day / same day cancellation: No refund of advance amount.
- No-show: No refund of advance amount.

- In case of any Refunds approved by the Travelraaptor (Reservations.support), it’ll take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
